Refund and Return Policy

At Panchkala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a full refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at store.panchkala@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and it pass quality check, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition or if it is outside of the 3 day return period.
